Jinxun Stock’s 2025 Management Trainee Mid-Term Review & Report Successfully Concluded

Recently, Yunnan Jinxun Resources Co., Ltd. held the mid-term review and reporting session for its 2025 batch of management trainees, covering the period from July to December. Twenty-four trainees from the parent company and subsidiaries gathered to comprehensively present the fruitful achievements and remarkable transformations gained from their six-month rotational practice. Company management, mentors, and relevant colleagues attended the event, jointly witnessing the growth of Jinxun’s new generation of talent.

This review session serves as a crucial component of the company’s Management Trainee Development Program. It not only provides a comprehensive assessment of the 2025 management trainees’ learning and practical achievements from July to December but also establishes an effective platform for exchange, sharing, mutual support, and collective advancement. As a core initiative in the company’s talent strategy, the Management Trainee Program is dedicated to building a talent pipeline for future key positions, continuously infusing the enterprise with fresh perspectives and innovative vitality. Over the past six months, 24 management trainees immersed themselves in frontline workshops, mining sites, and overseas project locations. Rotating through multiple business lines—including hydrometallurgical processes and overseas project management—they cultivated a thirst for knowledge and a diligent work ethic. Gradually shedding their inexperience, they accumulated valuable expertise, demonstrating the responsibility and growth potential characteristic of today’s youth.
At the debriefing session, the trainees delivered meticulously prepared presentations covering work summaries, problem reflections, and skill enhancements. They shared concrete examples of solving technical challenges and optimizing workflows while fulfilling their development program objectives, showcasing solid professional foundations and proactive thinking.

Company management highly praised the review session. In his concluding speech, Chairman Yuan Rong reflected on the trainees’ evolution from their initial inexperience to current composure, fully acknowledging their remarkable progress over the past six months. . He encouraged all rainees to “persevere a little more, broaden their horizons, and advance resolutely toward their goals.” He emphasized four key principles: “ground themselves in frontline operations, embrace responsibility and innovation, set ambitious yet grounded aspirations, and temper their will to refine their capabilities.” He encouraged them to integrate personal growth with the company’s broader development, realizing their self-worth by contributing to the national strategy of “Contributing to the Nation with Resources” Mr. Yuan also expressed hope that mentors would continue to embody the spirit of “willing to be a ladder for others” to help young professionals avoid detours. He affirmed the company’s commitment to continuously optimizing its training system, providing management trainees with broader platforms for growth.

The successful conclusion of this mid-term review session not only summarized the phased achievements of the management trainee development program but also clarified the direction for future growth. Moving forward, the company will deepen its commitment to talent cultivation, leveraging its comprehensive training system and diverse practical platforms to accelerate the growth of young professionals. This will enable more outstanding management trainees to dedicate their efforts and reap rewards on Jinxun’s fertile ground, advancing hand-in-hand with the enterprise to jointly forge industry excellence!
