To thoroughly implement Jinxun Stock’s management philosophy of “humanization and people-oriented approach”, further strengthen communication with overseas employees who are relatives (hereinafter referred to as “relative employees”), and enhance team cohesion, Rongxing recently held a forum for Chinese relative employees. Approximately 15 participants attended the event, including Chairman Yuan Rong of Jinxun Stock, key leaders of Rongxing Investments Ltd., and representatives of relative employees. Centering on the theme of “Care, Communication, and Discipline”, attendees exchanged ideas and discussed ways to promote mutual growth.
The forum focused on three core areas: humanistic care, rational communication, and adherence to discipline. During the meeting, employee representatives spoke enthusiastically, sharing their gains and insights from working and living overseas based on their personal experiences at Rongxing Company. Participants unanimously expressed that Rongxing is a caring enterprise that values employee well-being. They deeply felt the understanding, tolerance, and care extended by Jinxun Stock to relative employees, and pledged to work harder in the future to repay the company with outstanding performance. Additionally, relative employees committed to strictly abiding by the company’s rules and regulations, properly balancing personal and collective interests, as well as family and work responsibilities. They emphasized the importance of separating public and private affairs, adhering to the principle of “relatives in spare time, colleagues at work”, and integrating into the team through practical actions to serve the team and uphold a positive corporate image.
After listening to the speeches, company leaders affirmed the sense of responsibility and dedication demonstrated by relative employees. They elaborated on the original intention behind the company’s employment of relative employees: “Jinxun has always prioritized employees’ needs.
