To comprehensively review, summarize and take stock of the work over the past year, commend advanced individuals, clarify the objectives, tasks and key work priorities for 2026, and build consensus, Rongxing held the 2025 Work Summary and Commendation Meeting as well as the 2026 Target Responsibility Letter Signing Ceremony on January 24, 2026. Approximately 80 Chinese and Zambian employees from all departments attended the meeting, which was divided into three sessions: the Commendation of Outstanding Employees for 2025, the 2025 Work Summary, and the Signing of the 2026 Target Responsibility Letters.

During the commendation session, Yuan Liming, Chairman of Rongxing Company, and Yan Lei, General Manager, jointly presented awards to the outstanding representatives selected by various departments for the 2025 “Excellent Chinese and Zambian Employees”, “Excellent Managers”, “Best Inheritance Award”, “Best Zambian Team” and other honors, and extended warm congratulations to the award winners. In their speeches, the award-winning representatives expressed great pride in being selected for the company’s Annual Excellent Employee title, gratitude for working in a team like Rongxing, and pledged to work harder in the future and repay the company with better performance and results.

During the work summary session, the person-in-charge of each department delivered reports focusing on the key work, existing problems of 2025 as well as the work plans and strategies for 2026. In their remarks, General Manager Yan Lei, Deputy General Manager Cao Yousong, Production Deputy General Manager Zhou Xiong and General Manager Assistant Xiao Wenjuan conducted a detailed review and analysis of the 2025 work performance of all departments, put forward specific requirements for the identified problems, and elaborated on the work strategies for 2026. They called on all employees to keep a firm focus on the 2026 objectives, tasks and key work plans, carry out a detailed breakdown of phased work plans, adhere to a result-oriented approach, attach great importance to cost control and profit growth, advance cost reduction and efficiency improvement, implement refined management, and strive to achieve a breakthrough improvement in all work aspects in 2026.

During the target responsibility letter signing session, Yuan Liming, Chairman of the company, Yan Lei, General Manager, and Zhou Xiong, Production Deputy General Manager, signed the 2026 Target Responsibility Letters with the heads of all departments respectively. The signing of these letters is not only a commitment to duty, but also a solemn promise. All department heads expressed that they would lead their respective teams to strive toward the key work priorities of 2026, unite as one, and forge ahead with hard work. They pledged to contribute to the rapid development of Rongxing with diligence, wisdom and sweat, and realize their personal life values.

Finally, Yuan Liming, Chairman of the company, stated that as a professional team nurtured and developed overseas by the Group, Rongxing has grown from small to large and from weak to strong, standing as a true epitome of Jinxun Resources’ development and expansion.
