To further leverage the exemplary role of outstanding employees, foster team cohesion, and strengthen the foundation for overseas talent development, JCM and Rongxing recently have convened forums for their outstanding Chinese employees. Yuan Rong, Chairman of Jinxun Stock, along with key leaders from subsidiaries, outstanding employee representatives, and management trainees gathered to discuss growth and development strategies.
At the forum, outstanding employee representatives took the floor first, sharing their career growth journeys and profound insights based on their work experiences at JCM and Rongxing. All expressed that joining the company was the most correct decision in their professional careers—Jinxun is not only an enterprise that combines humanistic management, professional standardized operations, and broad development potential, but also provides overseas employees with a “real-world training ground” for growth. During their overseas assignments, they not only achieved significant improvements in professional skills and management capabilities but also underwent a transformation from “company newcomers” to “business pillars.” “This honor of being recognized as ‘Outstanding Employees’ would not have been possible without the high-quality platform provided by the company, nor without the solidarity, collaboration, and mutual support among colleagues. Subsequently, representatives of management trainees actively shared their insights and reflections since joining the company. They unanimously expressed their commitment to emulate outstanding predecessors, proactively accelerate their role transition, swiftly integrate into the team’s work rhythm, and transform theoretical knowledge into practical competencies through hands-on experience. They pledged to grow into capable young professionals ready to shoulder significant responsibilities, contributing youthful vitality to the company’s development.
After attentively listening to the presentations, the leaders fully acknowledged the contributions and value of the outstanding employees. They also set forth new expectations: encouraging everyone to foster teamwork, pursue continuous learning, cherish their positions, and maintain a positive mindset. They emphasized building the team on the pillars of trust, cooperation, and mutual success, while upholding a conscientious and responsible professional attitude. They urged all to continue exemplifying advanced role models and to effectively carry out the responsibilities of mentoring, assisting, and guiding others.
At the conclusion of the forum, Chairman Yuan Rong delivered a closing address. He first outlined the Group’s strategic development plan for the coming years to all outstanding employees and management trainees, providing them with a clearer understanding of the company’s future prospects. Chairman Yuan emphasized that the Group remains steadfast in its “people-oriented” talent philosophy, committed to continuously creating a superior growth environment and broader development opportunities for employees. On one hand, the Group will deepen its management trainee development system and intensify campus recruitment efforts to attract more outstanding graduates to join the Group. On the other hand, it will systematically cultivate talent through on-the-job skill enhancement and multi-position rotational training, striving to build a professional overseas team characterized by “loyalty, efficiency, and pragmatism.” Chairman Yuan also issued a call to all attendees: he hopes everyone will take root overseas, embrace responsibility, and grow alongside the company. With full enthusiasm and a pragmatic work ethic, they should contribute their wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of the Group’s overseas operations.
The convening of this forum has not only further consolidated team consensus and ignited employees’ drive to pursue their careers but also signified a solid stride forward for Rongxing in overseas team building and youth talent development. Moving forward, Rongxing and JCM will leverage this forum as an opportunity to continuously refine talent cultivation and incentive mechanisms, injecting stronger momentum into the Group’s overseas business development.
